The hotel's central location is great, just minutes away from a gothic cathedral. the rooms with terrace had a cosy atmosphere.

The staff is better than good, very accommodating. The whole atmosphere in the hotel is special. Breakfast also very good.

Beautiful old palace with a beautiful, quiet courtyard in a fantastic location in the old town. Only 100 meters to the cathedral and port. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. . Excellent restaurant

The guest room was spotless and well-equipped with air conditioning, an individual safe, and a minibar, with a lovely garden view and attentive staff.

Fabulous king room with a terrace as well as patio. Particularly good and amazing location by town centre, outdoor restaurants in the local area.

The quality of the food was excellent:. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Freshly prepared egg dishes. Buffet with Pata Negra ham and very good salamis. Fruit and sweets in different variations. ..and finally very friendly and helpful staff with valuable tips on excursions and restaurants. No parking at the hotel but the car was brought to the hotel on request

Thank you for an extra special stay. They provide eggs and fruit, that is outstanding! Overall the room is big, gorgeous and includes a safe box, a mini-bar and central heating. The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy. Friendly service, the breakfast is amazing. Besides, the private parking is based on-site.

The rooms at Faustino Gran Relais & Chateaux are absolutely fabulous, with showers and balconies. Every staff member is expert and attentive. - the stunning location is only a 5-minute walk from a gothic cathedral. - Situated in a very unique area next to a converted monastery, the hotel is close to the main sights, nice restaurants, and the town center.

The location of this hotel is almost perfect. Short distances to the town and the harbour. The facility is second to none. Breakfast is classic Spanish, fresh egg dishes, tomatoes in olive oil, delicious fresh bread. The staff completes the picture! five stars justified.

The only shortcoming was the Internet. Slow and not hotel appropriate.

Fantastic hotel! The city palace from the 16th century has no equal. The house convinces with location, furnishing and with loving staff. The hotel's own restaurant, as well as the port, which is within walking distance, offer great culinary delights for friends of Mediterranean cuisine. We'll be back!
